International collaboration
Cooperation across borders
Our school is Erasmus+ accredited.
This means that we can send our students and employees on study trips, job shadowing and international courses with the help of financial grants for trips abroad.
The purpose of Erasmus+ is to strengthen the quality of formal and informal learning in order to promote skills for the labor market as well as foster European values. This is done, among other things, through collaborative projects and visits abroad.
Employees and students at HF and VUC Roskilde-Køge can go on further training trips and exchange trips abroad.
As a part of this student exchange, our students have been on study trips to Rome, Berlin, Amsterdam and Helsinki.
Moreover, as part of an exchange visit, our Student Council collaborates with a partner school in the Netherlands.
Our employees have been on courses and job-shadowing in the Netherlands, Ireland, Cyprus, Italy, Norway, Greenland and Finland.
We have also had visits from teachers from other countries as part of job-shadowing. They came to us for a new experience and were very inspired by the Danish way of teaching.
